Refund policy

We offer a 14-day inspection policy. If, for any reason, your new art doesn't meet your expectations, please let us know, and we'll discuss which best suits you for a return or replacement. You may return the artwork for full credit, exchange it for any other available artwork, or for a work of art created in the future.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us for any return questions at twins@lubbesmeyerart.com. We're happy to help!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your art upon receipt and contact us immediately if it is damaged, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Process, Exceptions, and Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at twins@lubbesmeyerart.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Lubbesmeyer Art Studio, 450 SW Powerhouse Dr, Ste 423, Bend, OR 97702, USA 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, like art commissions. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the art you'd like to exchange it for is to contact us, and we'll hold the new piece until the return is received.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once we confirm it was received in good condition, you’ll be given a credit on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. European Union 14-day right of withdrawal

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery of the last item in your order, for any reason and without justification.

To exercise this right, contact us at twins@lubbesmeyerart.com or initiate your request directly through your account at https://account.lubbesmeyerart.com. Once you notify us of your intent to return, you have 7 days to provide proof of return (such as a tracking number from the return carrier).

Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Outbound shipping refund: We will refund the standard outbound shipping cost from your original order. We are not required to refund any premium or expedited shipping upgrades you selected.

Refund timing: Once we have received and inspected your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 calendar days.

Condition: Returned items must be in the same condition as received and in their original packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase.

Exemptions: Custom and commissioned artworks are exempt from the right of withdrawal, as they are made to your personal specifications. Gift cards are also non-returnable.
