Refund policy

We have a 7-day inspection policy. If, for any reason, your new art doesn't meet your expectations, please let us know, and we'll discuss what best suits you for a return or replacement. You may return the artwork for a full credit for any other artwork available, or for a piece that may be created in the future.

If returning, the art must be returned in the same protective packaging that you received it in, or otherwise professionally packed and shipped.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your art upon receipt and contact us immediately if the art is damaged so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and provide the return credit information for your future art selection. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at twins@lubbesmeyerart.com.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the art is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, per EU rules. As above, the art must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
